7. Taxes, Customs Duties and Tariffs

For shipments entering the United States, import duties or tariffs imposed by U.S. Customs and Border Protection or other governmental authorities may apply depending on the product category, country of origin, customs regulations, and current trade policies. Such charges are determined by government authorities and are not controlled by Zoshio. Customers agree to pay any applicable customs or tariff charges before delivery when required.
Failure to pay customs duties or refusal to accept delivery does not entitle the customer to a refund of shipping costs, customs fees, handling charges, or any expenses incurred during shipment or return.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. Delivery schedules may be affected by customs inspections, weather conditions, transportation delays, carrier capacity, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Risk of loss and title generally transfer to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. Additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect addresses, refused deliveries, or returned packages may be charged to the customer.

14. Returns and Refunds

17. Fraud Prevention and Payment Security
To protect our customers and business operations, we reserve the right to verify payment information, billing addresses, shipping addresses, and customer identity before processing any order. Performance of affected obligations shall be suspended for the duration of such events without constituting a breach of these Terms.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable within the United States to the extent permitted by law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
