Shipping policy

At Zoshio, we work to process every order as quickly and carefully as possible. The information below explains how shipping works for orders placed through our website.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days after payment has been confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or public holidays.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) will be considered received on the following business day and will enter our processing queue at that time.

During periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take slightly longer. If this happens, we'll let you know by email.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship only within the United States.

At this time, we do not accept or ship international orders.

Estimated Delivery Time

After your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is 3–8 business days for most U.S. destinations.

Please note that delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual transit times may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated based on your order value.

  • Orders from $0.00 to $69.99: $8.00 standard shipping.
  • Orders of $70.00 or more: Free Standard Shipping.

There are no additional handling or processing fees added after checkout. The shipping cost shown during checkout is the final shipping charge.

Carriers & Order Tracking

All orders are shipped through USPS (United States Postal Service).

Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can also view your tracking information by logging into your customer account on our website.

Please allow a short period for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only to addresses located within the United States.

We do not ship to destinations outside the United States.

Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to severe weather, holidays, carrier network disruptions, supply chain interruptions, or other unforeseen events.

If your shipment is significantly delayed, we will contact you using the email address provided with your order and keep you informed of any updates.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost during transit or arrives with significant shipping damage, please contact us within 7 days of the recorded delivery date or the expected delivery date.

Please include your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damaged package or items. Our customer support team will investigate the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Local Pickup & Local Delivery

We do not offer in-store pickup or local delivery services at this time.

All orders are shipped directly to the shipping address provided during checkout.
